Resolved - This morning from ~9:20 AM ET to 12:20 PM ET, we experienced some problems with Beacon that included the inability to submit messages through Beacon's contact form, completed chats failing to appear in mailbox folders and reports, and chat transcripts not sending out to customers (if that setting was enabled for your Beacon). While the underlying issues are now resolved and Beacon should be functional once again, we are working on retrying failed chat transcripts and populating completed chat data into reports and the appropriate mailbox folders within customer accounts. We're sorry for the trouble this morning!

Resolved - Our outbound email queues are in the clear, and all emails that were delayed have gone out to the recipients. Apologies for the Friday morning trouble!

Identified - We've identified the cause of the delays and are working on a fix. Outbound emails that have been delayed remain in our queue, and will be processed once this is cleared. We'll post an update once their processing has started.

Investigating - We're investigating a problem with outbound email delivery via Help Scout's servers, including replies that you send to your customers and system emails that we send to you, such as notifications or confirmation emails. Mailboxes using custom SMTP or Google oAuth settings are not impacted. We'll post more information here as we have it.
