From 8:00am to 8:20am EDT on Saturday, September 8, Help Scout will be offline for database maintenance. During this time, the web app, mobile apps, Beacon chat, and help desk API will be unavailable. We'll start with a 20 minute window of potential downtime. We don't expect the maintenance to run for a full 20 minutes, but are blocking it out just in case. During the maintenance, incoming emails will be queued up for delivery as soon as Help Scout is back online.

This scheduled maintenance affected: Web App, Beacon, Mailbox API 1.0, Mailbox API 2.0, Email Processing, Help Desk Interface, Reports and Search, Mobile, and Live Chat.
