On Saturday, March 18th at 9pm EDT, we will be performing a quick database restart to keep Help Scout running smoothly for you. During this window, Help Scout may be unavailable for up to two minutes, but we're expecting less than a minute of down time. If you run into any trouble, give it a few minutes and we should be back on track. We’ll update you here if anything changes.
