We experienced ~30 mins of downtime with our Live Chat API today. This issue was quickly spotted & resolved, but during this period, you may have encountered issues with incoming Live Chats through Beacon. The downtime began around 11:30am GMT, and was resolved by noon. Thank you for your patience while we worked to get this resolved!
