Update: The scheduled maintenance that was scheduled for August 1st has been rescheduled.
From 8:00am to 8:30am EDT on Saturday, August 8th, we'll be performing database maintenance on Help Scout. During this time Help Scout will be inaccessible, though we only expect the maintenance to last around 10 minutes. We're blocking out the full 30 minutes just in case.
Messages sent to mailboxes will be delivered as soon as services are back online. We’ll be providing updates here if anything changes during the maintenance window.
During this time, both Docs sites and Beacons will remain available and visible. However it won't be possible to create new Docs sites or articles, and it won't be possible to send a message or trigger a chat through Beacon.

This scheduled maintenance affected: Web App, Docs Sites, Beacon, Mobile Apps, Email Processing, Mailbox counts, folders, reports, search results and Public APIs (Mailbox API 2.0, Docs API).
