Some customers may have experienced interruptions of service with their Docs sites between 10:38 EST and 15:24 EST. Our team have identified the root cause and a fix is now in place. As of 15:24 EST, all sites should be loading as expected; however, if you continue experiencing issues, please reach out to help@helpscout.com. Thanks!
