We will be performing a scheduled database maintenance on Thursday, October 5th, 2023 that should last a few short minutes starting at 9:00 AM EST.

During this maintenance, setting up Facebook Messenger integrations will not be possible. In addition, incoming Facebook Messenger messages may be delayed, while replies sent to Messenger conversations from Help Scout may fail to complete.

We will provide updates here if anything changes during the maintenance window.
