Issues with Beacon

This morning from ~9:20 AM ET to 12:20 PM ET, we experienced some problems with Beacon that included the inability to submit messages through Beacon's contact form, completed chats failing to appear in mailbox folders and reports, and chat transcripts not sending out to customers (if that setting was enabled for your Beacon). While the underlying issues are now resolved and Beacon should be functional once again, we are working on retrying failed chat transcripts and populating completed chat data into reports and the appropriate mailbox folders within customer accounts. We're sorry for the trouble this morning!
