From 8:00 am to 8:15 am EDT on Saturday, November 5th, 2022, we'll be performing database maintenance on Help Scout.
During this time Help Scout will be inaccessible.
Messages sent to mailboxes will be delivered as soon as services are back online. We’ll be providing updates here if anything changes during the maintenance window.
Both Docs sites and Beacons will remain available and visible. However it won't be possible to create new Docs sites or articles, and it won't be possible to send a message or trigger a chat through Beacon.

This scheduled maintenance affected: Web App, Beacon, Mobile Apps, Mailbox counts, folders, reports, search results and Public APIs (Mailbox API 2.0).
