On Saturday, March 4 at 4am EST, we'll be kicking off a maintenance window that will impact Help Scout reports (not any other services). The window will last for an hour, but the impact to any single customer should only be intermittent between 4-5am EST.

There is a worst-case scenario that may come into play and cause the maintenance window to last up to 4 hours. We'll certainly let you know if that becomes a factor, but the plan is only for one hour of intermittent issues with reports.
