We've got a fix in place and the delay in processing new emails, folder counts and workflows activating should be resolved shortly. We'll update one last time when the backlog has been cleared.

We’ve been alerted to a problem with Help Scout - we’re investigating. You may see a delay for new emails in search, folder counts may be not updating correctly, and workflows may be delayed in running.
