From 8:00am to 8:30am EDT this Saturday, April 4th, we'll be performing database maintenance on Help Scout. We'll start with a 30-minute window of potential downtime, though we only expect the maintenance to last around 5 minutes. We're blocking out the full 30 minutes just in case.

During the maintenance, incoming emails will be queued up for delivery as soon as Help Scout is back up.

This scheduled maintenance affected: Web App, Docs Sites, Beacon, Mobile Apps, Email Processing, Mailbox counts, folders, reports, search results and Public APIs (Mailbox API 2.0, Docs API).
