We will be performing a scheduled database maintenance on Saturday, May 24, 2025 that should last about 1 hour and 30 minutes, starting at 9:30 AM Eastern.
During this maintenance, portions of the Inbox API, which affect custom apps and third-party integrations, will be inaccessible, as detailed below.
• You will not be able to create, update, or delete apps • You will not be able to revoke tokens • Integrations will not be able to authorize new users • Integrations will not be able to refresh expired tokens
Integrations with existing tokens will still be able to call the API and you will be able to see your apps and tokens in Help Scout. Please alert any team membes that maintain your apps & integrations if they are not subscribed to status updates.
We will provide updates here if anything changes during the maintenance window.
