From 8:00am to 8:15am EDT on Saturday, August 4, Help Scout will be offline for database maintenance. During this time, the web app, mobile apps, and help desk API will be unavailable. We'll start with a 15 minute window of potential downtime. We don't expect the maintenance to run for a full 15 minutes, but are blocking it out just in case. During the maintenance, incoming emails will be queued up for delivery as soon as Help Scout is back online.
