We've determined that access to Help Scout, as well as unrelated third party services, has become degraded for users based in the United Kingdom. We'll continue to monitor the situation, and will update as more information on a resolution becomes available for all affected users.

Help Scout is currently unavailable for some customers. We're investigating. ─── We’re seeing reports of sporadic long page loads accompanied by timeouts when trying to access the web app. We're on it.
