We will be performing a scheduled database maintenance on Saturday, September 7, 2024 that should last about 30 minutes starting at 9:00 AM Eastern.
During this maintenance, all Help Scout services will be inaccessible. Messages sent to customer accounts will be delivered as soon as services are back online.
We will provide updates here if anything changes during the maintenance window.
