Making progress! All queues are slowly draining. You should see new messages starting to arrive in your mailboxes. We’re keeping a close eye on things for a bit longer before closing this out. Very sorry for the trouble today!

Folder counts, conversation previews, and workflows are catching up. Your Help Scout mailbox might be slow to update with new messages and replies until we’re in the clear. We’ll post more information here as we have it.
