From 5:00 am to 5:30 am EST on Thursday, Jan 27, we'll perform database maintenance on Help Scout.
During this time, Beacon's live chat will be inaccessible.
Though we only expect the maintenance to last around 20 minutes, we're blocking out the full 30 minutes just in case.
We'll be providing updates here if anything changes during the maintenance window. During this time, Beacons will remain available and visible, and customers will be able to send messages via the contact form but not start live chats.
