Update
Apologies for the continued chat service disruption. We are still working on our scheduled maintenance and need to extend the timeframe to 12:00 pm EST.
As a reminder this affects the live chat service only. Your customers can still use Beacon to send you a message and email service is unaffected, but chat will not be available until this maintenance has been completed.

Scheduled maintenance is still in progress but is taking a bit longer than we'd initially predicted. Apologies for the extended time.
We expect to have this completed by 11:00 am EST and will provide an update here if that changes.

From 8:30 am to 10:00 am EST on Saturday, January 28th, 2023, we'll be performing database maintenance that will take chat offline.
Starting at 8:30 am no new chats will be able to be initiated but any agents in an active chat at that time will not be disconnected. At 9:00 am the chat service will be offline entirely for about 1 hour.
