Help Scout's AI Drafts feature will be inaccessible for 30 minutes on the morning of August, 23rd, between 9am EST and 9:30am EST while we restart the database. We expect the downtime period to be no longer than 30 minutes.

AI Drafts will start working again just as soon as we've got that wrapped up. We’ll be providing updates here if anything changes during the maintenance window.
