From 7:00am to 7:30am EDT on Saturday, January 25th, we’ll be performing database maintenance on Help Scout. We’ll start with a 30-minute window of potential downtime. We don’t expect the maintenance to run the full 30 minutes, but we’re blocking it out just in case.

During this time, both Public API 1.0 and 2.0 will be briefly unavailable. Any incoming emails will be queued up for delivery as soon as Help Scout is back up.

This scheduled maintenance affected: Web App, Docs Sites, Beacon, Mobile Apps, Email Processing, Mailbox counts, folders, reports, search results, Marketing Site and Public APIs (Mailbox API 2.0, Docs API).
