Today's problems were caused by a disruption at a third-party service provider, leading to service degradation across the Help Scout platform. We're still seeing delays across the Web app, including search, folders and the Docs editor. We've identified the issue and we're working on a fix. We'll post another update when services are back to normal.

Our team has identified an issue which has caused degraded performance across the app including workflow performance, folder counts, search and Beacon performance.
