Degraded performance across the app
Incident Report for Help Scout
Performance across the web and mobile apps was degraded from about 12.30AM EDT until 3.00AM EDT. Users experienced slow page loads, timeouts, connection issues and other errors. The issue has been resolved and the app is now running smoothly.

We apologise to all our Users for the inconvenience caused during that time and thank you for bearing with us!
