We will be performing a scheduled database maintenance on Saturday, February 22nd, 2025 that should last about 30 minutes, starting at 9:00 AM Eastern.

During this maintenance, all Help Scout services will be inaccessible. Messages sent to customer accounts will be delivered as soon as services are back online.
