We experienced a slow-down on the Help Scout app today between 4:06 AM UTC AND 7:29 AM UTC. Folder counts, workflow processing, and message preview loading may have been delayed.

This issue is now resolved and you should find that your counts and workflows are now up to date. Apologies for any trouble here.
