A fix has been implemented and emails that were delayed are sending now. We'll monitor their progress before closing this out.

We've identified the cause of the delays and are working on a fix. Outbound emails that have been delayed remain in our queue, and will be processed once this is cleared. We'll post an update once their processing has started.

We're investigating a problem with outbound email delivery via Help Scout's servers, including replies that you send to your customers and system emails that we send to you, such as notifications or confirmation emails. Mailboxes using custom SMTP or Google oAuth settings are not impacted. We'll post more information here as we have it.
