From 8:00am to 8:30am EDT this Saturday, May 2nd, we'll be performing database maintenance on Help Scout. We'll start with a 30-minute window of potential downtime, though we only expect the maintenance to last around 5 minutes. We're blocking out the full 30 minutes just in case.

During the maintenance, incoming emails will be queued up for delivery as soon as Help Scout is back up.
