At approximately 9:20PM EST, our team identified a brief 10 minute period where we experienced intermittent instability across the app and inbound email delivery was delayed. We have since identified and resolved the issue causing this instability and delay. All delayed email has been successfully requeued and sent to your Help Scout Inbox. Apologies for the disruption!
